Requirements
We make the following demands on our trainers:
- Pass the certification exam with at least 90%.
- Proof of relevant experience as a trainer and in the field of the corresponding certification
- Participation in a train-the-trainer for the corresponding certification
- Development of a training plan and the necessary material based on the certification curriculum
- Commitment to the Berlin Code of Conduct
